GLOBAL SOLUTIONS
PAC CLASS OF 2006
Two weeks after the November 7th Congressional midterm elections, Citizens for
Global Solutions nonpartisan political action committee, Global Solutions PAC,
is proud to announce its Class of 2006. Citizens for Global Solutions looks
forward to working with these Senators-Elect and Representatives-Elect during
the 110th Congress that starts January 2007.
Global Solutions PAC supported eight of the ten newly-elected Senators. It
backed Sherrod Brown (OH), Ben Cardin (MD), Bob Casey (PA), Amy Klobuchar (MN),
Claire McCaskill (MO), Bernie Sanders (VT), Jon Tester (MT) and Jim Webb (VA).
In the House of Representatives, Global Solutions PAC supported 13 newly-elected

also supported Mary Jo Kilroy (OH-15) in her challenge to Congresswoman Deborah
Pryce, but the results of that race in the Columbus suburbs are still pending.
One of the primary committees that Citizens for Global Solutions works with is
the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. We are excited that three members of the
Class of 2006 are slated to sit on this important committee. They are
Senator-Elect Ben Cardin (D-MD), Bob Casey (D-PA), and Jim Webb (D-VA). Working
with these new members as well as current committee leaders, Senators Joe Biden

to building a strong bipartisan U.S. foreign policy for the 21st Century.
